  Here's my experience...just the facts.
  I took the car in on Monday to have a tire patched and tires aligned. They said they'd finish it that day, but by Tues morning (10:30am), they had only patched the tire. I needed the car so I had to pick it up and make plans to bring it back later for the alignment.
  
  On Wed., I noticed the tire was still going flat, so I took it back up there at 10am and asked them to patch the tire and align the tires (...Monday all over again). They never called, so I called at 3pm and they said they just finished patching the tire and it's ready to go. I asked if they had done the alignment and she didn't know what I was talking about, so they had to pull it back in to do that.
  
  I needed the car by 4:45, so I called at 4:30 and they had just started on the car and it wouldn't be done until 5pm. I had to ask them to stop, so I could pick it up and go to my appointment. SO, I TOOK THE CAR IN TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AND NEITHER TIME COULD THEY DO IT!!! Both days they said they could easily do it within the day. Both days, they didn't, so now I will have to go somewhere else. A huge waste of time!!!!
  
  Also, when they originally quoted the cost of the alignment, they said $89, but it turns out that that is only good for 6 months. If you want their one year warranty, well, that is $129. You only find that out once you bring the car in. Just for comparison, Firestone is $84 and that includes a full year warranty.

  Thank you for responding, but since this just happen Monday of this week and then again today, you could always speak to your own workers since I literally just spoke with them about this a few hours ago. I really don't know how many more details you want since they are all right here. Of course, you are always free to call me since my work order sheet is on the top of the stack at your store. I think it would be better for you to put forth the effort as opposed to asking me to.
